How to use it
Your first 15 minutes
Step 1 is The Turnover Cost Field Guide, file 6. Work down from there, and by step 4 you log every departure in the Departure Log the same week.
Skim the Field Guide, starting with the one idea on page 2. Fifteen minutes, and you know what you are measuring and why.
