Built by someone who has had to use them
Every tool starts from a real HR task and the rules that govern it. Calculators are checked against current federal figures where they apply. Document kits are written conservatively, because the moments they are used in, investigations, leave, discipline, and reductions, are not the moments to improvise. Where a tool rests on a specific law or formula, a short reference note cites the primary source so you can see the basis for yourself.
