How to use it
Your first 15 minutes
Step 1 is the Manager Script Library, file 1. Work down from there, and by step 4 you log it and set the follow-up.
Find your script. Open the Manager Script Library and use the Script Selector to match the situation in front of you to the right script. It takes under a minute.
Plan the conversation. Open the Conversation Planner workbook and work down the form: the facts with dates, the standard, the outcome you want, your opening line, and the responses you expect.
Run it from the script. Have the conversation using the script and your plan. Stay on the facts and the standard. Use the replies for what the person says back.
Log it and set the follow-up. Record the conversation in the Conversation Log the same day, set a follow-up date, and let the log flag it for you when a follow-up comes due or runs late.
