Pick your preset on the Point Policy tab: Standard Plant, Strict Safety Sensitive, or Lenient Small Shop. Every threshold in the tracker follows from that choice.
What is inside
Taken from the kit’s own Start Here guide, so what you see here is what you open after checkout.
How to use it
The 4 steps below run in the order they are numbered, and by the last one you run the weekly five-minute review.
Pick your preset. Open the workbook, go to the Point Policy tab, and choose Standard Plant, Strict Safety Sensitive, or Lenient Small Shop from the dropdown. Every point value and threshold updates everywhere. Adopt the matching column in the policy document and have it reviewed before you publish it.
Load your roster. On the Attendance Log tab, clear the example rows and enter your employees with their shift and department. The Employee Summary tab adds names automatically as they appear in the log.
Log events as they happen. One row per occurrence: employee, shift, department, date, type, and whether the absence is protected. Points, the rolling window, and discipline stages calculate on their own.
Run the weekly five-minute review. Open the Employee Summary tab once a week. Anyone marked Action needed gets the matching conversation from the scripts and the matching bilingual form, the same way on every shift.

Before you buy
The point of a product page is to let you judge the work before checkout.

The files are designed to be edited for your own internal operations. Review the included license and have legal counsel check decisions that require jurisdiction-specific advice.
Use the $149 Setup Session for one hour of implementation help on this tool. TrueStep HR does not offer broader consulting engagements. For a legal question, use qualified counsel.
