What does advisory support cost?
Advisory is quoted individually. We agree on the scope and fee in writing before work begins.
Do I pay once for a tool?
Yes. Your license continues indefinitely with a single purchase. There is no renewal or per-user fee.
How does a refund work?
Email us within 30 days of your digital purchase to request a full refund. We return the payment to your original payment method, and the product license ends when the refund is issued.
Can I reschedule or cancel a session?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your session. Completed sessions are nonrefundable.
Can you help with a file?
Email us with the file name and what happened. We can help you get it working, send a replacement, or arrange a refund.
Can I use these tools with clients?
An extended license covers client work or use across multiple legal entities. Pricing is based on each client entity. Email support@truestephr.com with the number of entities you want to cover, and we will prepare a quote.
