What you may do

• Your purchase gives you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the documents you bought.
• You may edit them, put your own name and branding on them, and reproduce them throughout your organization.
• You may print them, issue them to your employees, and paste them into your handbook or your HR system.
• The license covers the internal HR purposes of one legal entity, so it does not transfer to another company and nobody may sublicense it.
• It never expires and it is not a subscription. Nothing switches off if you stop buying from us.

What you may not do

• Do not resell, redistribute, or publicly post a document, either in its original form or lightly edited.
• Do not sublicense it or hand it to another legal entity, including a parent company, a subsidiary, or a client.
• Do not include it in a toolkit, library, course, or repository that competes with this catalog.
• Do not use it to build a competing product.
• Do not use these documents as training data for any system.
• Do not remove the copyright notice, the review date, or the standard stamp from a document.
