Using your tools

• Your license is perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive.
• Add your organization’s information and branding. Keep the copyright notice, review date, and TrueStep HR standard stamp in place.
• Print documents, share them with employees, and include them in your handbook or internal HR system.
• Create as many internal copies as your licensed legal entity needs.
• Your one-time purchase includes an indefinite license. If a refund is issued, the license ends and the associated files should be deleted.

Standard license boundaries

• The standard license covers internal HR use within your licensed entity. Resale, public posting, and external distribution, including lightly edited versions, are not permitted.
• Each legal entity, including a parent, subsidiary, or client, needs its own license or applicable extended coverage. Transfers and sublicensing are not permitted under the standard license.
• The license covers internal HR work. Including the files in a competing toolkit, library, course, or repository is not permitted.
• Using the files to build a competing product is not permitted.
• Using the documents as system training data is not permitted.
