Build the list once: one row per item per caregiver, copied from the files you already hold. Renewals then surface sixty days out instead of on the day.
What is inside
Taken from the kit’s own Start Here guide, so what you see here is what you open after checkout.
Also in the download: Credential and Training Scripts and Templates (PDF, file 7; editable Word, file 8). Every file is in the same folder, named with the number shown here so the steps below point straight at it. Open these in Word to change the wording for your own company before you use them.
How to use it
Step 1 is The Credential and Training Field Guide, file 6. Work down from there, and by step 4 you log completions and hours the week they happen.
Skim the Field Guide, starting with the one idea on page 2. Fifteen minutes, and a lapse stops being a paperwork event and starts being a coverage event you prevent sixty days early.
Build your list once on the Credential Tracker: one row per item per caregiver, copied from the files you already have, with the Common Items tab as the starter library and your licensing contact as the referee.
Set the amber As of date and your Due soon window, and post the reminder sequence where scheduling happens so the three touches run the same way every time.
Log completions and hours the week they happen, and run the quarterly review against the Summary tab: expired to zero, due-soon booked, hours on pace.

Before you buy
The point of a product page is to let you judge the work before checkout.
6 PDF guides, 1 Word document, 1 Excel workbook, each one named in the What is inside section above. The purchase is a download, not a subscription, and the files are yours to keep.
Yes. The preview images on this page are taken from the current deliverable, so you can judge the structure and writing before buying.
The files are designed to be edited for your own internal operations. Review the included license and have legal counsel check decisions that require jurisdiction-specific advice.
Use the $149 Setup Session for one hour of implementation help on this tool. TrueStep HR does not offer broader consulting engagements. For a legal question, use qualified counsel.
