Manufacturing onboarding
Give new operators a clear start, from preparation before their first shift through the first 90 days. This kit brings together the pre-boarding steps, a practical first day on the floor, and a safety orientation with a signed record.

What is inside
Taken from the kit’s own Start Here guide, so what you see here is what you open after checkout.
How to use it
The five steps begin with the Field Guide and finish with setting the 30/60/90 plan in the Workbook.
Read the Field Guide first. It covers preparation before day one through the 90-day review, including the safety orientation and required compliance basics.
Enter the new hire, line, shift, and start date in the Workbook. Phase dates, live status, and compliance deadlines fill in automatically.
Prepare for the first shift with the onboarding checklist. Order PPE in the right sizes, set up the time clock and locker, send the paperwork, and arrange the buddy and orientation.
Use the Day One Floor Checklist for the first shift, complete the safety orientation with the Safety Orientation Pack, and file the signed record.
Set the 30/60/90 plan in the Workbook, establish the buddy program using the Buddy Program Guide, and continue check-ins through week one and the 30, 60, and 90-day reviews.
