How to use it
Your first 15 minutes
Step 1 is the Program Guide; step 5 is the HR AI Risk Checklist.
Read the Program Guide (item 1) first. It frames the program and maps each part of the work to its tool.
Run the Readiness Checklist (file 26) to see where you stand, then read the Toolkit guide (file 11).
Build your job architecture and equal-value groups (file 15), then work the Readiness Workbook (file 3): data inventory, pay gap review, country tracker, action plan.
Fix recruitment with the Job Posting Pay Range Pack (file 12), and stand up the Request Tracker (file 6) for the two-month pay-request window.
Inventory and govern your HR AI with the HR AI Risk Checklist (file 10).
