Put your own numbers in the Call-Off Cost Calculator. Two minutes, and the 6:45 a.m. call-off has a price instead of a shrug.
What is inside
Taken from the kit’s own Start Here guide, so what you see here is what you open after checkout.
Also in the download: Dispatch Coverage Scripts and Templates (editable Word, file 7). Every file is in the same folder, named with the number shown here so the steps below point straight at it. Open these in Word to change the wording for your own company before you use them.
How to use it
Step 1 is The Dispatch Coverage Field Guide, file 6. Work down from there, and by step 4 you log every call-off the same day.
Skim the Field Guide, starting with the one idea on page 2. Fifteen minutes, and the next call-off already runs differently.
Open the Workbook and put your own numbers in the Call-Off Cost Calculator. Two minutes, and the dark board has a price and coverage has a case.
Publish the on-call rotation on the Rotation tab and hand out the ground rules from Scripts & Templates, so the after-hours load is predictable, fair, and visible.
Log every call-off the same day, run the intake and the ladder from the scripts, and read the Summary tab monthly: the save rate, the cost, the reasons, the seasons, and the repeat names.

Before you buy
The point of a product page is to let you judge the work before checkout.
5 PDF guides, 1 Word document, 1 Excel workbook, each one named in the What is inside section above. The purchase is a download, not a subscription, and the files are yours to keep.
Yes. The preview images on this page are taken from the current deliverable, so you can judge the structure and writing before buying.
The files are designed to be edited for your own internal operations. Review the included license and have legal counsel check decisions that require jurisdiction-specific advice.
Use the $149 Setup Session for one hour of implementation help on this tool. TrueStep HR does not offer broader consulting engagements. For a legal question, use qualified counsel.
