How to use it
This workbook runs a no-fault attendance point system for a small dental practice and adds the piece a practice feels most sharply: when one person is out, a chair or the front desk goes uncovered and patients feel it the same day. Set your point values, rolling window, and discipline thresholds once on the Point Policy tab, log each occurrence, and the tracker prices it, ages it off, and rolls every person up to their active points and current stage.
