Crew attendance and no-show control

Crew Attendance and No-Show System

Put one attendance standard across every crew. A points tracker rolls up by crew and by foreman, and a weather-day occurrence type is built in. A missed mandatory jobsite start type is defined and counted.

What this closes

A practical system that moves the decision into real work.

Set the As-of date and choose your crew preset on the Point Policy tab. The next six a.m. no show is then handled the same way on every crew.

How to use it

Your first 15 minutes

Step 1 is the Point Policy. Work down from there, and by step 4 you run the weekly five-minute review of the Employee Summary.

  1. Pick your preset on the tracker Point Policy tab and set the As-of date. Standard Crew fits most contractors; the full preset table is on the tab, so the choice is never a black box.

  2. Load your crew roster: enter names on the Employee Summary, and set your crews and foremen in the roll-up block so the totals read by crew and by foreman.

  3. Log events from the foreman daily report: one row per occurrence on the Attendance Log, with the role, crew, foreman, and jobsite. Weather days are logged with the weather day type and always count zero.

  4. Run the weekly five-minute review of the Employee Summary, act on anyone marked Action needed using the scripts and the bilingual forms, and file the paper the same day.

Before you buy

Clear answers to the practical questions.

Yes. The preview images on this page are taken from the current deliverable, so you can judge the structure and writing before buying.

Can I use the files in my business?

The files are designed to be edited for your own internal operations. Review the included license and have legal counsel check decisions that require jurisdiction-specific advice.

What if I need help applying it?

Use the $149 Setup Session for one hour of implementation help on this tool. TrueStep HR does not offer broader consulting engagements. For a legal question, use qualified counsel.
