Training and certification tracking
Track employee training, certification expirations, skills coverage, and training gaps in one Excel file. It answers three questions a list cannot: who is trained, what is expiring, and where one person is the only one who can do the job, with the status and the dashboard calculated for you.

Load the Employee Roster tab first: name, department, role, supervisor. Every requirement, due date and expiry in the workbook keys off those rows.
What is inside
Taken from the kit’s own Start Here guide, so what you see here is what you open after checkout.
How to use it
The 4 steps below run in the order they are numbered, and by the last one you run the monthly five-minute review.
Load the roster. Open the Employee Roster tab and enter your people with their department, role, and supervisor.
Pick the trainings and certifications that apply. Trim the Training Requirements tab to what your workplace requires, and enter your own renewal intervals. The sample intervals are examples, not requirements.
Mark current status and dates. Fill in completion dates on the Training Matrix and expiration dates on the Certification Tracker for everything already done. Leave a cell blank if it is not done.
Run the monthly five-minute review. Open the Dashboard, work the expired and expiring items, check coverage and completion, and book what needs booking.

Before you buy
The point of a product page is to let you judge the work before checkout.
4 PDF guides, 1 Excel workbook, each one named in the What is inside section above. The purchase is a download, not a subscription, and the files are yours to keep.
Yes. The preview images on this page are taken from the current deliverable, so you can judge the structure and writing before buying.
The files are designed to be edited for your own internal operations. Review the included license and have legal counsel check decisions that require jurisdiction-specific advice.
Use the $149 Setup Session for one hour of implementation help on this tool. TrueStep HR does not offer broader consulting engagements. For a legal question, use qualified counsel.
Extend the system
