The quality gate
What every file passes before it shipsNo file reaches a buyer without passing every check below. When a check fails, the file is fixed and re-checked. It is not shipped with a known defect.
Accuracy
- Checked against the source. Where a tool relies on a law, a threshold, a formula, or a recognized method, it is checked against the primary source. The public reference notes show where each requirement comes from.

- Formats are stated before purchase. Every listing names the file formats. Nothing needs special software beyond Word and Excel or their free equivalents.
- Every page gets a human read. Spelling, grammar, tone, and plain language, checked page by page before ship. Guides are edited to a stated reading level so they can be used under pressure.
- Every file is stamped. Review-date stamps in the files show when the content was last checked, so you never have to guess whether a download is current.

The review cadence
